Your state has passed legislation that prohibits certain billing arrangements with diagnostic testing vendors.
It is not illegal for you to purchase lab-work online, however the facility may refuse to process the blood draw for you due to the way we are billed.
We cannot guarantee or provide any guidance regarding the enforcement of these rules, as they are interpreted and enforced differently at each draw location.
Web Sales are NON-REFUNDABLE and you may need to travel out of state to complete the blood draw.
